• Personalized Creation: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions on where to send your selected keepsake clothes. Once we receive them, we will begin crafting your unique Hoodie, ensuring each stitch preserves the sentiments attached to those special moments.

• Shipping Details: Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when sending the garments to us. While we handle each item with the utmost care, we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during transit.

• Completion and Return: Within approximately two weeks of receiving your keepsake materials (but sometimes faster,) we’ll complete your custom Hoodie. We’ll then ship it back to you, accompanied by any leftover fabric, so you can cherish both the new creation and the remnants of those tiny clothes that once held your little one.
